Become the version of yourself you’ve always wanted to see.

Brysen French

I am 30 years young, born and raised in Portland Oregon, and love the beautiful outdoors of the Pacific North West. I grew up a rambunctious kid with more energy than I knew what to do with, until I found high school sports. In 2006, I graduated from Century High School in Hillsboro, Oregon where I competed in football, wrestling and track & Field. My commitment to sports at Century sparked the interest of college scouts at the University of Oregon and I was fortunate enough to earn a full athletic Scholarship. At the University of Oregon, I earned my B.S. in Psychology and minor in Business administration. During my time at the U of O I developed a passion for fitness and nutrition to further develop my athletic abilities. In 2012, a close friend of mine developed a terminal cancer diagnosis which spurred my own research into natural alternative treatments and lifestyle. I dove head first into the latest literature on cancer, diabetes, heart disease, and arthritis. This further developed my interest in plant based nutrition, fasting, ketogenic and Low carb high fat diets.

I currently operate my own personal training business and train my clients at a private personal training studio in Portland, Oregon. I earned my personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2016, and my 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification in 2017. I incorporate a dynamic holistic approach to teach my clients how to take control of their health through fitness, nutrition, stress management and yoga. It is my passion to provide my clients with the information they need to inspire positive changes so they may become the version of themselves that they want to see.

Brysen was a standout 3 sport athlete at Century High School in Football, Wrestling and Track & Field earning the title “Athlete Of The Year” for his HS graduating class. His athletic journey continued into college where he earned a full athletic scholarship to the University of Oregon for Wrestling. After college wrestling, Brysen began training the martial art of Jiu Jitsu and is currently an international competitor placing 3rdat the Jiu Jitsu World Championships in 2016, and 3rdat the PAN American championships in 2018.
