Brysen French is a personal trainer and movement coach focused on helping people build strength, move with purpose, and support long-term health and longevity. His coaching is rooted in science-based strength training and functional movement that translates to real life—so clients can feel strong, confident, and capable as they age.
As a NASM-certified personal trainer, 200-hour registered yoga teacher, former Division I wrestler, and international Jiu Jitsu competitor, Brysen blends education, experience, and care into every session. He meets clients where they are, whether they’re recovering from injury, new to training, or looking to move and feel better long term.
Brysen offers both in-person and online coaching, working with busy professionals, parents, and older adults who want reliable guidance, accountability, and a coach who genuinely cares about their success.

Outside of coaching, Brysen enjoys practicing yoga, exploring nutrition, and training Jiu Jitsu. He values an active lifestyle and loves spending time outdoors, especially hiking with his family. Most importantly, he enjoys quality time with his wife and daughter and hosting dinner parties filled with great conversation and incredible food for friends and family.
