Brysen offers customized private fitness training to individuals and small groups. Depending upon the goals of the client, Brysen uses a dynamic approach incorporating Breathing, basic movement training, weight training, core strength, cardiovascular training, yoga, power lifting, plyometric and sprint training. Brysen Offers private sessions in both gym and home settings.
Group fitness classes:
Brysen Offers group fitness classes designed for those looking to get increase strength, cardiovascular strength and flexibility. Brysen offers morning, lunch and evening classes. This is a great way to have fun with others and build accountability, as well as feel and move better.
Private yoga instruction:
For beginners and those with years on their mat, Brysen will lead you through a private vinyasa yoga class designed to your pace and style. For those yogis and yoginis new to yoga you can expect to learn proper posture alignment, proper breathing, and how to transition from posture to posture with ease. For those yogis and yoginis with many hours on the mat, Brysen will help you expand upon your breathing and postural awareness. Brysen will provide yoga mats and blocks, as well as, upbeat or relaxing music depending on the speed and difficulty of the class. Classes always end with a guided 10 minute body awareness and relaxation session.
