Post-Workout Protein Smoothie Recipe

This recipe is not intended for weight-loss

I will use this shake after a particularly hard strength session or if I have been training hard that week.

 
 
  • 1 cup raw milk

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango

  • 2 raw eggs

  • 1 scoop (20g-30g) whey protein concentrate

  • 2 Tbls honey

  • 1/4tsp sea salt

  • Dash of cinnamon

Optional:

  • Creatine 5g

  • Glutamine 5g

  • 2Tbls fine ground coffee
